Unless agreed otherwise, all intellectual property, reports and recommendations will be solely owned by our client. We will also assist with patent and copyright filings.
Initially we will estimate a project and then send monthly bills based on progress against an agreed SOW. In some cases, we will charge a retainer to be available for a fixed number of monthly hours.
